Our Story
V.V. Auto Repair was founded with a straightforward mission: to give every car owner in Dallas and Garland an auto shop they can genuinely rely on. For too long, many drivers felt like they couldn't trust their mechanic — that they'd be overcharged, rushed through, or talked into repairs they didn't need. We set out to change that.
As a Vietnamese-American family business, we serve our community in both English and Tiếng Việt. We understand that language barriers can make it harder to get the service you need — so we make sure every customer, regardless of background, receives clear explanations, fair estimates, and respectful service.

Today, we operate two specialized locations: our Dallas shop handles mechanical repairs — from oil changes and brake jobs to engine diagnostics and full rebuilds. Our Garland location is a dedicated collision and body shop, handling everything from minor dents to major accident damage and insurance claims.
